When will my order be shipped?
Once your payment has been received, we aim to ship your order within 2 to 3 business days. However, as we are only just getting started our systems and processes are not yet optimized, which may cause shipping to take slightly longer. We do apologize if this would be the case for your shipment.
When will my order be delivered?
Within Belgium we ship with Bpost and delivery should take place the next business day following shipment.
For international orders we ship with DPD or Bpost. Expect between 1 to 6 business days for delivery, depending on how far away you are from Belgium.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive a notification via e-mail when your order is ready to be shipped, with a track & trace link.
