Meet the one and only Jan Frodeno, the most friendly triathlon titan. Born to swim, bike, and run like a superhero on a mission.

With the finesse of a dolphin and the speed of a cheetah, Jan dominates the triathlon scene like it's his personal playground. He's conquered the legendary Ironman World Championship in Kona, making those lava fields look like child's play.

He's a gold medal winner in men's triathlon at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, a three-time champion of the Ironman World Championship in 2015, 2016, and 2019, and a two-time conqueror of the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in 2015 and 2018. Not to mention, he's a world record holder, setting the long-distance record in Roth, Germany, with a jaw-dropping 7:35:39 hours in 2016.

And if you thought that was impressive, brace yourselves! In 2021, he not only broke his own world record during the Tributtle in Allgäu, Germany, but he also went head-to-head with Lionel Sanders and triumphed with an astonishing time of 07:27:53. Setting a new world best for the long-distance triathlon? Yeah, that's just Jan doing Jan things.
