  • Developed with the University of Leuven.

It's not just marketing. We developed Thrive with the University of Leuven and the Flemish Institute for Biotechnology. We also had it approved by some of Belgium's top sports nutritionists. So you get great taste and real nutritional benefits that are proven by science.
  • Real beer, made healthy.

Thrive is brewed using the same natural ingredients as any other beer. We use a special yeast to keep our beer free from alcohol and add nutritious protein instead. The result? A great tasting beer, because that's exactly what it is.

Good Beer For My Fit@Tram6 Diet Program

Thrive is the perfect drive for my diet program.
Fit@Tram6 is the smartest midlife crisis diet in the world.
Especially for a 56 year old man like me.
HIIT's from morning till night, counting calories with lots of proteins.
And before going to bed a nice Thrive or two.
That's how I keep it up.

Thrive Peak is a great addition to my routine

I absolutely love Thrive's protein beer. 10g of protein in a beer that is naturally brewed non-alcoholic, is almost too good to be true. And as a beer connoisseur, I was afraid it wouldn't taste good enough to me. But it absolutely does!

I only have two requests from Thrive team:
- Make a dark/stout/porter version, maybe added calories can come from increased protein quantity?
- Make bottles available to us in France. I really don't like drinking off cans.

Thanks again team! and keep up the awesome work :D

Questions? We have answers.

When is the best time to drink THRIVE?

Thrive was developed as a tasty alternative to a regular after sports recovery drink. It is best enjoyed within the first 1-2 hours after sports, when your body needs protein and carbs to recover.

How many should I have after sports?

The amount of protein you need depends on your own bodyweight and how long and intense your workout was. As guidance, consume as follows within the 1-2 hours after sports:

- light to moderate workout: 1 Thrive, 10g protein

- moderate to hard workout: 2 Thrives, 20g protein

- hard workout: 3 Thrives, 30g protein

Remember that you can't really consume too much protein. So in case of doubt, go ahead and grab that extra Thrive!

Is there a limit to how many Thrives I can drink in a day?

No. Protein is part of a balanced and healthy diet. Everyone needs between 1 and 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. And you can't really have too much protein. Also, there is no alcohol in Thrive, so moderation is not required.

Can I enjoy Thrive without working out first?

Absolutely. You can perfectly enjoy a Thrive without exercising first, since protein and carbs fit nicely within a balanced diet. And there is no alcohol so nothing can hold you back. Here at Thrive we even enjoy beers at work!
